Perhaps the most misunderstood element of third-party management is the perception of "lost control" and "not being involved". We understand these concerns and have developed a method of operation and communication that provides our clients with as much control and involvement as they desire.
- We assume complete responsibility for everything that happens or does not happen within the golf course and grounds maintenance operation, but we are totally accountable to you.
- We hire the existing staff. They will go through formalized orientation and training programs as well as continuing education and training programs. The good people stay with us and grow.
- We place an experienced, full-time superintendent at the course if the existing superintendent is gone or leaving.
- We work very closely with you, your committees, and other staff members to develop objectives, budgets, quality standards, and operating procedures. During this process, you have approval at every step and on every dollar.
- We work on a fixed monthly-fee basis with every expense passed through at actual cost. The fee covers the entire cost of our senior management personnel who meet and work with the maintenance staff, typically weekly.
- We provide a variety of weekly and monthly reports and meet with you as often as you desire.
- Our only motivation is to develop a long-term relationship with your facility by providing the highest level of quality achievable within the available resources.
